Center of town. Staff was welcoming and friendly.

No insulation. Can hear snoring and all the noises from hallway. Can hear loud traffic sound.

Asunto: Reclamación por cobro duplicado, falta de respeto y problemas de accesibilidad Me dirijo a ustedes para presentar una reclamación sobre mi estancia en . La experiencia fue muy negativa. En primer lugar, tuve un problema con el pago, ya que se me cobró dos veces. Solicito una revisión y aclaración de este cobro duplicado. Además, considero que el trato recibido fue poco respetuoso hacia las personas con discapacidad. Como persona sorda, me sentí mal atendido y sin la comprensión necesaria para una comunicación adecuada. También quiero denunciar la situación de dos personas sordociegas que fueron alojadas en una habitación alejada de los baños y duchas compartidos. Esta situación les causó dificultades importantes y demuestra una falta de consideración hacia las necesidades de accesibilidad de las personas con discapacidad. Me sentí muy decepcionado por la falta de respeto, empatía y atención adecuada durante la estancia.
