Great views of Sighnagi and the hills from the balcony - the room was spacious, which was badly needed, and the the hosts both Giorgi and his wife were helpful and kind people. They showed a lot of love to my kid, and gave us required items e.g. kettle, tea, hair dryer etc. upon asking. Not bad value for money.

Communication was a major barrier due to language, they were initially asking us to cancel the booking as they had increased the price from what was booked, but then charged me the agreed price only which was good. The room wasn't that warm, and it was quite chilly in the room specially the 1st night. The bathroom drainage wasn't the best. The other thing they need to fix is that all rooms on booking.com have the same room images. This needs to get more specific, and caused the confusion in the 1st place.

"Superb"

Terrific spot, with a terrace looking over the "old city" area and the skyline. The family running the place is extremely sweet and helped us with everything we needed to make our stay exceptional. Couldn't recommend it more.
