The house is behind the main road and near the bus station to Tbilisi. The hostess is very nice. Choose this house and you won’t regret.

Central location; super comfortable room; nice ensuite WC; tasty breakfast; very friendly family who run the property and gave me a glass of their homemade wine!

The location depicted in Booking is incorrect. If you follow them you will be in the woods. The address shown doesn’t translate well or at all in Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Maps.me. Go to the fountain in village center and look north to the market with streets running on either side of it. Dadiani Street is the street on the left. The owners are aware of the problem so hopefully Booking fixes the issue soon.
