The location wasn't bad as long as you don't mind being on one side of the road with all restaurants and all the bars. It could mean that if you like a place that's on the opposite side, you have to track there and back each time. It was great to have a lovely greasy spoon cafe at doorstep and also a more posh cafe next to it. I liked the instructions portal with all the information. That was very helpful and useful.

The mattress was worn out and too soft. We had to turn it around to use the less worn out side but still my back hurt next day. The room (nr4) was tiny but satisfactory as we didn't spend a lot of time in.

No breakfast but facilities to make our own which we did both days. Very clean and everything we needed.

Lovely clean room, use of kitchen though we only put milk in fridge, 2 mins walk to town, next time I will book earlier and get a room low down the stairs nearly killed me, we parked down the road in a free zone as car park only takes 4 cars and better for small cars . Easy entry system though some people need to learn to shut doors as we kept having to shut front door, definitely will be back

A very modern, posh, well kept clean hotel completely spoilt by idiot drunks shouting all night in the room next door. The walls are very thin. We could hear every swear word throughout the night, absolutely awful. If it weren’t for the drunks the hotel world get a 5 star review. But what can you do….it is what it is
