Falta de pressão de água nos chuveiros. Depois de nos queixarmos, ligaram um sistema qualquer e o problema ficou resolvido, os duches com boa pressão de água mas deviam ligar o sistema sem ser necessário as pessoas queixarem-se que quase não tinham àgua.

We really enjoyed our stay at this small, intimate guesthouse. From the very beginning we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. Every morning the girl made sure we had warm, freshly baked bread and delicious eggs. We loved it so much that we even asked if it was possible to have a bit more, and they kindly brought us extra bread and food without hesitation. She also prepared tea with fresh herbs, which was a lovely touch. Throughout our stay, they were always attentive and happy to help us with anything we might need. Unfortunately, we visited during the rainy season. In this province, when there is heavy rain, the central water company sometimes shuts off the water supply. The hotel does have an emergency water system, but because we were the last ones to shower that morning, there was no water left at that moment. However, it wasn’t a big issue, as by mid-morning, after breakfast, the water was back. In any case, the hosts apologised many times and genuinely tried to help us in every possible way, even looking for solutions to the water situation. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy, quiet and intimate stay. It is run by two hosts who clearly care for it as if it were their own home, and they made us feel truly welcome.

Tout est sale, pas d’eau chaude au lavabo, douche qui fuit avec un filet d’eau quasi impossible de sa laver, chauffage qui ne chauffe pas. Rapport qualité prix très mauvais. Le classement booking ne correspond pas du tout. On se demande comment booking peut commercialisé un établissement pareil.

Belle accueil, nous avons très bien dormi, les responsables sont très sympa. Merci

Very nice and friendly staff, helpful and accommodating in everything. Probably the best place in town considering value for money.
