Great personel, great service, very family friendly. The location of the hotel is amazing, with an incredible scenery of the mountains of the Mala Fatras range. The breakfast was good with enough choice.

The lack of simple equipment such as a water boiler in the room. The water boiler was ultimately provided on request. The room is also equiped with electrical controls which are really difficult to operate. We did not understand till the end of our stay how to use them properly. The smell of the restaurant kitchen (in particular cabbage and grilling lard) was quite strong in our appartment. Also, after a few days staying in this hotel, it would be nice to be able to order simple food such as pasta or risotto: most dishes are traditional / very rich, which is nice to discover Slovak meals, but gets heavy after some time. Another downside is the proximity of the road, with quite a lot of traffic considering the area.

noise , room no 1 is most likely near kitchen and we have heard every move , also 5 am or 8pm or around noon . also noise was coming up from rooms above us , but we can define exactly where from .
