Bedford House & Hall

This is a quirky venue with a theater and restaurant as part of the venue staff were excellent and it was conveniently located with parking as well as train services nearby

Cannot say I found anything to dislike.

The lady at reception was very nice friendly and helpful.

Pulita, vano doccia e wc divisi aiutano a prepararsi ( eravamo in tre). I letti a castello sono inseriti in dei moduli che aumentano la privacy. Cucina comune a disposizione. Parcheggio gratuito.

La stanza è molto piccola, difficile aprire tre valigie allo stesso tempo. Ho dimenticato la camicia da notte nel vano doccia. La sera stessa ho telefonato ma mi è stato risposto di inviare una mail perché il personale delle pulizie non era presente. La mail è stata inviata subito ma non ho ricevuto risposta. Dopo sei giorni ho ritelefonato ed un'altra voce ha riferito che sarebbe andata a vedere nel lost and found ( non era possibile cercare sei giorni prima???)) ed avrebbe richiamato. Naturalmente ho dovuto richiamare io dopo due giorni e mi è stato frettolosamente risposto che non avevano trovato nulla. La sensazione è stata che nessuno abbia cercato, una camicia da notte non è una penna. Peccato perché altrimenti il soggiorno sarebbe andato bene.

Hairdryer and soap available, usage of the common area incl. Kitchen&fridge possible. Booking of a room with private bathroom possible. Bedding and towels provided and seemed clean.

More of a hostel style accommodation. Kitchen in common area was not really clean. There is nothing much in the town, for food it is mainly fast food/take away. As a stopover for sleep only it is ok though.

Clean facilities with a good sized shower and comfortable bunk beds. Communal kitchen was clean. Walking distance to food.

The rooms were very small with no room for suitcases.

Bedford Hall provided me with a fantastic stay while travelling for work. The room was comfortable, the bed was fantastic and there was a lovely atmosphere from when I was greeted by the friendly staff at reception. Thank you.
