The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Overall, the service was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The staff was cooperative, the rooms were clean, the bathroom was tidy.

There were no complimentary amenities such as water or drinks

Pretty much everything. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked (not that I needed it really). The room was massive. The tv worked and hooked up to Netflix, Prime and YouTube. The owners were very friendly, courteous and helpful. I ended up having to stay much longer than I originally intended and they were very accommodating. The neighbourhood is quiet too and not to far a walk from shops and restaurants. Also the WiFi was genuinely one of the best I've used in the Subcontinent.

Nothing really. In the interests of trying to find something so it doesn't sound like I'm a fake review. The shower the first night had a few problems getting warm but every other night since then it has been great. It's also a long walk away from Faisal Mosque but a very short taxi.
