Personal! Frühstück war ok. Nichts besonders. Tea war awesome.

Räumlichkeiten! war zu Eng, besonders Penthouse ist ein Fail.

Great location and central to all the tourists spots in Islamabad and it was clean.

The only thing was the tv for kids ,it had terrestrial tv .

not clean, not much choice on breakfast

Staff is very good; they catered to all our requests happily. Breakfast was good. Location is great (near to many restaurants and landmarks). The AC has heater mode as well which worked perfectly. The Penthouse family rom had hot water in the bathrooms as well,

In the penthouse family room, One of the bathroom wasn't ideally clean as I expected it to be. One of the beds had some issue for which the hotel offered us a lower price room (Family room) and were ready to compensate the difference. The family room bathroom heater wasn't heating the water well ( I didn't inform the hotel about it as we just adjusted to it). I think that the hotel is a bit more pricey than the original value offered. However, overall we had a fairly good experience.
