Comfortable beds, sofas and storage space on beds, warm water and tiled bathroom. Direct sunlight in the room during day time. Extra blankets. There was a LED TV, didn't test it though.

The caretaker was a bit self involved so it took a little bit of time to get settled in the place. One socket far from the bed, slightly dusty uncarpeted floor which was very cold due to winter. Bathroom got dirty by the general wear slippers because of the dust in the room. The room lock was a bit tricky to lock.

I was a little concerned about security as this was my first booking, however it was super safe. Qasim, the helper was nice and the owner Erfan was EXTREMELY helpful. I was on a trip to sort out my job matters and needed a contact in PIMS. Erfan helped me out with that. Can vouch for this place for solo female travellers.
