Spotlessly clean, quiet, good mattress and pillows, everything worked, nice location. Fridge in room was nice touch - also comfortable cushioned chairs. Free tea and coffee and sugar (and milk) and filtered water. Place to store things after checkout/before check-in. Good communications. Didn't charge VAT up front for tourists so was 17% cheaper than original quote. Not everyone dis-includes VAT so it's a big plus.

Was sold out so couldn't extend stay. If you want a pretty view you might not get it (I had just light shaft which was OK).
