The beds were fairly comfortable. AC was working.

After 11pm we called the owners because there was constant loud music coming from other residents. The owner was politely explaining that the next day starts one of the biggest music festivals in Europe and there is nothing that can be done. After they sent someone to quiet the other people down and it didn't help I asked if we could receive a partial or full refund since there was no information anywhere on Booking about this. The owner replied that we can talk about it the next morning and figure something out. The next day we waited for the owners, called them multiple times, sent text message and eventually left around 10 o'clock. The owner didn't bother to show up or get in touch, even if he decided that he cannot reimburse it would have been courteous to contact us. We travel a lot and had twice a similar situation where once a listing had some kind of event in the area and that was mentioned in the description, so that was helpful and we didn't book that place. Another time we got contacted shortly after booking a place about some big party close by and were told we can cancel without any fees. Another issue we had was about an hour before checkout the cleaning staff told us we need to hurry and leave by 10. Well, such a reaction may be understandable if there were 10 minutes or less left, not an hour. It's like they were trying to kick us out asap. I'm quite disappointed, and feel this situation could have been resolved in a mutually acceptable manner.

Destul de mult de mers până la mare. Stațiunea Costinești foarte aglomerată. Nu voi mai reveni. Multa gãlãgie și agitație, un loc nepotrivit pentru cei care caută liniște și relaxare.

El personal de limpieza 1 A, muy divertidos y simpáticos. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y un aire muy bueno casi nuevo. Baño pequeño pero funcional.

El señor de las chancletas con medias, odioso y por no ayudar miente. Diciéndome que no encontraba mi reservacion, y al yo decirle que la hice a las 10 de la mañana e incluso ya me había comunicado vía mensaje con el local, este lo que dijo era que eso no funcionaba así que podía tardar hasta medio o un día en llegarles a los propietarios mi reservacion. Algo de risas ya que hemos reservado vía Booking más de 100 hoteles y alojamientos y estos en máximo 10 minutos te confirman la reservacion. Luego al irnos y al despedirme yo (Andres) dijo algo en rumano y se mostraba molesto. No se quien será este señor pero sería bueno mantenerlo lejos de los huéspedes.....
