La posizione è perfetta sia per raggiungere la vicinissima spiaggia Crni Mul che bar, supermercati, ristoranti e negozi. Anche il centro di Crikvenica si raggiunge in dieci minuti a piedi, così come le spiagge Omorika e Dramalj, altrimenti è possibile prendere un trenino che porta fino a Kacjak, che merita una visita. Grande valore al parcheggio gratuito disponibile presso la struttura, in quanto non è facile trovarlo in strada in alta stagione. Pulizia della camera impeccabile e terrazzino per vedere il sole tramontare all'orizzonte dietro il ponte di Krk. Un grazie al gentilissimo staff del SilvioDino.
