La vicinanza vicino alla stazione

Casa arredata alla meglio, pulizia che lascia un po’ a desiderare, bagno un po’ datato, direi da ristrutturare.

A szállás nagyon közel van a vonatállomáshoz és a belvároshoz is. A szállásadó nagyon rugalmasan kezelte az érkezésünket. Megkaptuk a kulcsunkat úgy is, hogy más időpontban érkeztünk, mint előre jeleztünk. Kiváló szervezés volt.

Minden rendben volt. Nem találtunk hibát a szállásban.

"Viaggio alle cinque terre"

Camera con bagno semplice e pulita all'interno di un appartamento con altre due camere in affitto. Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione La Spezia centrale comodissima per visitare le cinque terre in treno. Francesco ci ha accolto per darci le chiavi e consigliarci su come muoverci

Non abbiamo usato la cucina a disposizione ma i coinquilini non erano sicuramente molto rispettosi dell'eventuale uso in comune

Posizione ottima per raggiungere sia le Cinque Terre che per visitare La Spezia. Molto disponibile il proprietario della struttura. Consiglio il bar sotto casa per la colazione… gentilissima la proprietaria.

"Muy exitosa"

La ubicación es muy buena. Muy cerca de la estación de tren lo que permite conocer Cinqueterre, Margarita de Ligure y Portofino. También en Bus se puede conocer Lericci y Porto Venere. Stefano es muy atento y nos dio buenos consejos.

Nos hubiera gustado tener un Smart TV con aplicaciones para poder ver televisión en nuestro idioma. El resto todo muy bien.
