Habían goteras en el pasillo y la habitación de la tercera persona, en este caso yo, el techo era bastante bajo.

Comodidad de la cama

Nos cambiaron de habitacion a una inferior sin avisar, con una cama menos. Cuando hicimos el check-in no nos avisaron del cambio, con la mentalidad del "si cuela cuela". Despues preguntamos nosotros de que esa no era la habitacion que habiamos reservado. Poco pudimos hacer para realizar el cambio ya que esa habitacion se la habian dado a otras personas. Unicamente nos dieron 20€ como compensacion. Inaceptable. Si almenos en el check-in hubieran informado....pero no. Mentalidad española.
