Location

The host was rude. She accused us of not locking the front door of the house, when we did. The set up is not conducive to getting a peaceful stay, and not really layed out to be a bed and breakfast. Our room entrance could not lock. This was alarming and felt unsafe. Here is the report we wrote to booking.com customer cervices, when we left after the first night’s stay. We checked out early, because the host was rude. 1)the rental was not safe, you cant lock the entrance to the room and bathroom, only your bedroom. 2) host accused us of not locking the front door of the guest house. But we did. She was very rude. By the way it is a house and not a proper guest house. 3) we decided only to stay one night after this drama, and left the key. She then accused us of taking red towels. We did not even have red towels in our room, we had khaki coloured towels. She told us she will report us to authorities. We did not take anything and feel offended and felt bullied and harassed and felt treated disrespectfully. A person like this should not treat any guest this way. We feel we paid her alot of 3 nights stay, and she treated us very bad.

The view from the terrace is magnificent. Whale watching over an excellent breakfast is a special experience. Amy is a very attentive hostess!

You have to love dogs.

The location was good with a perfect view of the ocean to watch wales from the balcony. Breakfast was a lot and delicious.

Unfortunately there is no generator and we weren’t informed of the load shedding. The bathroom is not attached to the room and could be used by another room as well.

There coukd have been a little less wind and a few more whales!!! Neither shortcoming Amy's fault!

Fantastic location, such a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. We arrived a little early, but the cleaner was there, and she let us in, and it was okay for us to already check in. The owner chatted with us later that evening, she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable room with large bathroom. A wonderful place to stay, I wish we had been staying longer! Great value for money.

Amazing view. We could hear the waves crashing while sleeping. Near the caves that was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and welcoming owner Amy. Lovely to meet her. Me and my wife had a great time.

My stay was wonderful. The hosts were welcoming and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and the tips for activities in the neighbourhood were very much appreciated.

Pleasant establishment and host, Amy, was very welcoming. The view was impressive and the telescope provided for looking at whales/dolphins was one of the best I have seen. The breakfast was also good. The neighbourhood was safe and was a good place to walk around.

There ware some minor problems with the light switches and we found the double bed rather small (used to king size), but was as advertised.
