"Won’t be staying again"

It was alright to get my head down

Was not happy about the housemaid waking me up at 10:30, considering I arranged a late check out, the fact she opened the door to the room was out of order

There was a fan heater which I used. The room was quite. I slept soundly. 4 plugs available. 10 minute walk to Macdonald's, 5 guys and other food/shops. Easy to book and get information to get entry to the room.

Someone who previously occupied the room smoked in room 2. There were a few dog ends on the floor and the room had a smoke smell to it. The shower on the first floor had cable ties intended to hold the shower head on the wall but this didn't work. It was a handheld shower for me. The shower function worked about 25%. Most of the water came through the tap. The toggle function between tap and shower did not work. I expect it's a damaged or worn rubber seal. Shared kitchen not clean.

"We had to leave two minutes after arriving as it was the room from hell"

Nothing

It was a dirty room with no means of locking. There was a half finished tin of beer on table. Strong smell of drugs and an insane laughter coming from next room. A hooded man followed us out and we left after 2 minutes and ended up in a travel lodge. It was the dirtiest place you can imagine and after my holidays I will be making a request for money back as was too scared to stay. You should be ashamed for even having it on your books

Very dirty stinking smelling place. I couldn’t even breath when I walked in

Everywhere stinks. The owner is very rude. There’s nothing good about this place
