When we arrived, we noticed that the entrance was dirty and neglected. Additionally, when we entered the property, it was unclean. We got to the room and everything was not clean the sheets looked dirty. Then we came across the shared bathroom, which was completely filthy, and to make matters worse, the door didn’t close. My friend and I didn’t feel safe, so we decided to stay somewhere else.

Unfortunately there was nothing to like about the property.

The house is in a poor state. The room we stayed in was dirty, smelt of smoke and stains on the walls. The bed was grubby and the skirting boards had thick dust on. The kettle was disgusting. We were supposed to have a hairdryer in the room as well as toiletries, but we didn’t have any. The room door was hanging off its hinges and the metal threshold plate was bent and wouldn’t allow the door to shut properly. One of the plug sockets had sellotape all over it. The communal bathroom was just a grubby and in need of a good clean. The sink was blocked and dirty all round the edge. Again, stains everywhere and dust on skirting boards.
