Very freindly, great location very clean and comfortable. Spacious room. Parking in Llandudno is a bonus. Fantastic breakfast.

Absolutely pristine ! Stayed for 2 nights mid week for our anniversary and we were very impressed with the quality and comfort of this B&B.The owners were so friendly and greeted us at the door when we arrived ,even remembered our names and wished us happy anniversary,which was a nice touch.The breakfast was delicious and coffee excellent,choice of fruit,cereal,yogurt,juice which was of good quality.we had an excellent stay and can highly recommend this establishment.Parking onsite was a bonus,and location was quite and near to everything just a 2 min walk to tram.We will definitely use this B&B for future visits,and I would definitely book early to avoid disappointment.
