Location was great. Breakfast was spot on and cooked to perfection. Lee.. Karl..and Kath makes you feel at home. So friendly. Nothing is to much trouble. Love.you guy's. Thank you so much for making our stay awesome. See you soon.

What's not to like about this beautiful little B&B. It's better than any of the 4 star hotels along the sea front, and we have stayed in a few.

Very friendly and lovely hosts. Clean and comfortable rooms. Tea, coffee and kettle in room, fridge with mini bar reasonably priced although we don’t use it. Location fantastic for the seafront, pubs, shops, restaurants etc Breakfast was so good, plenty of choice, fruit, cereal, full cooked breakfast. Space for car at front of the property Definitely be back
