"Lovely weekend break"

Location is excellent. Amy was exceptionally friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere was spotlessly clean & the breakfast was great, especially Amy’s home made hash browns! Will definitely be booking to stay again.

Amy was wonderful, so friendly, so chatty. Breakfast was huge and quick. Off road parking in Llandudno is so important and greatly appreciated. Location was on a quiet but central location.

Decor was old fashioned and tired but functional.

The hotel is conveniently located between the beach and the Great Orme, which is ideal for hiking. The accommodation provided everything you'd expect, and the owner was welcoming and accommodating.

Amy couldn't do enough for her guest. Staff was out cleaning the yards early every morning so it was clean when guest got up.

"Hotel made the stay perfect."

Amy the host was brilliant nothing was too much trouble went above and beyond to make our stay excellent staff was also excellent would not hesitate staying there again and would recommend it to anybody looking for a good hotel.
