"Amazing hostess"

Amy was the best host I've ever met. So welcoming and friendly. We had booked a room and Amy was able to change it there and then no problem at all. At breakfast she was very attentive and a great hostess, any thing we asked for was no problem. I highly recommend Craig-Ard.

Amy and her family are absolutely brilliant. Amy is running a fantastic hotel, and I would suggest to anybody who's planning a stay in Llandudno to give her a chance, you won't be disappointed.

I can honestly say my wife and I found nothing we'd ever complain about.
