Il nostro alloggio era una elegante mansarda dotata di tutti i comfort , con 5 posti letto bagno e vasca per bagni super relax….sopra il gabinetto c’è una finestra sul tetto che da sul cielo….da li ho potuto ammirare delle fantastiche saette in una notte temporalesca…colazione inclusa….e vorrei dire a chi si lamenta che il soffitto è basso e batte la testa….non è la testa 🤣 io non ho mai battuto niente. Complimenti allo staff, bravi.

Sehr liebe Vermieter, die die Wohnung in 1a Zustand halten. Sehr guter Zustand der Wohnung. Klimaanlage arbeitet hervorragend. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst kochen macht richtig Spaß. Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Ruhige Wohngegend. Gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern abends auf der Terrasse sitzen. Leicht nach Verona zirka 7km oder Gardasee zirka 25km. Supermarkt La Grande Mela ist 2km entfernt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

La struttura si trova in un quartiere residenziale del paesino di Lugagnano in posizione strategica tra Verona (10-12 minuti) e il Lago di Garda (Lazise 20 minuti - Peschiera 25 minuti). Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente in strada. Salite le scale esterne si arriva ad un ingresso comune con l'altra stanza dal quale si accede alla cucina/sala da pranzi che è a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci è stata assegnata la camera matrimoniale con bagno privato che si trova davanti all'ingresso e di fianco alla cucina. Camera accogliente, arredata con gusto e in modo funzionale e, come il bagno, pulitissima, Bagno ampio con doccia, bidè, asciugacapelli e prodotti da bagno a disposizione. Ottimo Wi-Fi e aria condizionata. Sistemazione molto tranquilla, Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per chi vuole visitare il Lago di Garda senza essere in mezzo al caos delle località sul lago (e comodissima anche per visitare Verona).

Le lotissement où se trouve le logement est très calme. Un supermarché est à proximité. C'est très propre. Chouette terrasse et clim dans chaque pièce.

Nous étions dans les chambres du haut sous le toit. Bien que bien aménagées, la hauteur sous plafond est très basse. Nous nous sommes cognés à plusieurs reprises. Il n'est pas possible de se doucher debout.

Good area, nice and clean rooms, friendly host.

Although we could see that the rooms are on the first floor under the roof but it was a bit low for us. But it was a great place to stay for us! Highly recommned!

Everything was perfect

The apartment was clean and nice. Host Tiziano is a great man, speak Italian only, but we communicate very well. He was useful and very kind, his lovely daughter also. I like them really, staying in their house was great experience

You have to go by car everywhere, but it is a quiet residential area, with a big shopping mall nearby
