The property was quite basic but very clean and well cared for the bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I enjoyed my morning breakfast. Calm and relaxed.

The stuff was friendly and the terrace was nice

Staff were lovely and helpful.

We arrived to be told that the booking.com payment had only been for 2 persons not 4, although we had two rooms. This was difficult to deal with and we had to pay extra. The confirmation email said 2 but I definitely booked for 4. The shower head and water pressure was not good and they leaked everywhere. The rooms were clean enough but the communal eating areas weren't. The beds are also extremely hard whi h made for an uncomfortable sleep.

The location was really nice, breakfast also great! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the cleaning ladies made everything so tidy and clean everyday, really nice personel

Great location, in the heart of the medina. Good rooms, incredible rooftop, tasty breakfast, but what marked my stay the most was the exceptional service and availability of ZAID. I came to Marrakech for only one night on a business trip, but he made me want to extend my stay. I will absolutely recommend this address to all my friends and will definitely be back again soon.

Staff was really friendly, it was easy to park the car nearby and the rooftop terrace was really nice, but be aware that the walls are very thin and you hear every noise (more so than in any other riads we stayed in during our trip). Location was good at the edge of the medina :)

Personnel sympathique et disponible, petit déjeuner compris très pratique

Les murs du Riad sont très fins, on entant même les bruits extérieurs surtout au rez-de-chaussée. Les chambres seraient à rafraîchir, il n’y a pas de thé de bienvenue comme cela se fait souvent ailleurs, dommage. Il est possible de prendre une navette taxi pour l’aéroport à un tarif assez excessif, dommage aussi
