Very good location,I really liked the room as you are actually sleeping in the dark Staff very helpful and nice communication and easy access 12 min from the train station and many good restaurant around and you can use bicycle for free also Go for it

Just the 100yen for a towel most of the hostel they give for free

ロケーションも施設も最高でした。無料のコーヒー（豆からも引ける）&紅茶が置いてあり、サービスも良かったです。キッチンが充実していたことに驚きました。すぐ下がカフェになっていて、宿泊すると割引券がもらえました。カフェの雰囲気も良かったです。

I like this location in Matsumoto as its close to the old part of town and Castle along the river. I was expecting a guesthouse but it really felt more like a backpackers. Young European ladies running the hostel were lovely but were unable to give much insight to Matsumoto as they too were travellers. Place was clean and we had our own room of 4 bunkbeds for the two of us. I probably should have done my research a little better with regards to standard but overall we were not unhappy with our stay for the price and only being there 2 nights. Would recommend to young travellers looking for dorm like accom with a group.

非常乾淨整潔，很棒！

I was at first a little hesitant as I only booked it cuz my travel partner wanted a kitchen. But everything was fantastic, the facilites were always clean the bed was great, the view from the common area out onto the street was calming. And they helped me get tickets to a local football match. Oh yeah and there is lots of free tea there, and not just the crappy stuff, the good stuff like darjeeling and earl gray.

I think if I had a top bunk I would not have enjoyed it as much, as the bottom bunk has quick access to storage under the bed. And maybe the safety bars on the side of the bottom bunks could be taken off.

ドミトリーを利用したので、あたり前かもしれないけど、 友人同士の話し声が少し気になりました

ロケーションが街中で近くに駐車場もありとても便利でした。 スタッフの対応もよく、忘れ物の連絡をした際には夜遅くにも関わらずすぐに連絡が来て、翌朝もう一度確認すると連絡をいただきました。 お値段もすごく安かったので、また松本に行く際は利用したいです。
