INThe view was good, dogs were cute, location was roadside which was good
Facilities were poor, cleanliness around the surroundings was not good, all sort of insects, should provide some sort of spray as all out was not much useful. And since we had room in back side plants could have been short. Towel, bedsheet was not in pair, no soaps provided.

There was a leak in the cottage roof while it was raining at night. itchy caterpillars are crawling the cottage walls at night which can give severe rashes and given that we were accompanied by a baby we were unable to sleep properly fearing the caterpillar. The cottage was not cleaned and floors were dusty. No daily cleaning service is available. Only one single blanket was given for a couple. No aquaguard or RO filter available and the cottage provides only 1 one litre bottle per day for a couple which is highly impractical. The least they can do is provide filtered water. No in-house restaurant/cafe given the name is gravity cafe
INThe front window had a hill view. That was the only good thing about the rooms. There are 3 doggos - who are very friendly

INThe resort doesn't look the same as in the Google....felt little afraid at night as it's too near to mountains. Staff was good

We stayed at basapur location. But the actual location is at Danapur. Due to some construction we stayed at basapur location which is different from what we seen in instagram So quite disappointed about the location. And there is no food , snack, beverage facilities available in hotel.
INThe ambiance and the concept. Care takers Mr. Keshav and Mr. Chinna were very helpful.
Due to it being a bamboo construction one can hear conversation happening in another room.
