Spacious room, simple but clean hotel

The person who contacted me that I thought to be the hotel recepcionist was actually a tour guide that works with the hotel, not a problem but in this point communication could be improved

Hotel simple et efficace avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. L'hôte est très accueillante et parle bien anglais. Le quartier est très sympa avec différents restaurants et supérettes de proximité. A une demi sur vieux ninh binh.

Thích nhất là chị chủ năng lượng vui vẻ, chu đáo. Một ngày bình thường trở nên rất vui khi nhìn thấy chị ấy.

Cái phòng mình là phòng cơi nới nên dính cái cột xà nhà chắn ngang giường, ngủ cảm giác bị đè nặng. Còn lại phòng sạch ở mức ok so với tầm giá. Tủ lạnh bị mốc.

Staff were friendly. Helped book our day trip and onward travel.

Quite far from centre but cheap grab ride

Good hotel and The staff are the so friendly, they even dropped us to the train station for free. 100% recommend

Only thing to be mindful of is the location, as we had to pay a ridiculous amount for a taxi because we got there at a 4am. Our own fault though

Everything was clean and the owner was very helpful. I had hurt my leg from before and she kindly drove me to the train station when i checked out

The location, facilities and hygiene are great for the price.

Don’t book a tour through the hotel. They charge 750,000 VND for a driver, boat tour, and visit to the viewpoint. The driver alone costs 700,000 VND and only drops you off and picks you up in Tam Coc. Grab charges just 86,000 VND one way for the same route. Looking back, we might’ve been a bit naive to fall for it😅. That said, it was an otherwise pleasant stay.
