The room was large and comfortable, with a separate seating area and its own small but clean bathroom. It was a real bonus to have a fridge as well as a kettle and coffee-maker. It's in a quiet residential street but an easy short walk to the town centre and seafront, where there's a big choice of places to eat. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming, and recommended a couple of restaurants. After we'd paid for an hour's parking outside to unload our luggage, Steffi told us where we could find free parking a bit further away. The apartment was good value compared with local hotels in August.

Very steep stairs. Parking 10 minutes walk away - but these are minor issues and we enjoyed our stay.

You stay with a family, who are vey helpful. It is a good alternative if you do not like to stay at a big hotel where you pay for a lot of unnecessary accessories. The bed was good, the shower was fine and the room was clean and quiet. What more do you need?

A place to work (a little desk/table and chair) would have been nice.

Good location, very friendly owners. They gave very precise instructions about parking and how to enter the apartment. The apartment was very clean, there was everything you would need for a short stay. We would come back.
