No dstv but i didnt bother me to much as I was on a short stay

Clean rooms and very spacious

The room was spacious and comfortable

No DSTV, no microwave in the room, no plates or cutlery. The fridge does not freeze anything and needs repairs or replacement. There was no coffee in the room and only after I have asked about it, I was given enough for one cup with a wooden stick as a spoon. There is not even a dish cloth to use, so how do u wash and dry the cup. I asked about the breakfast and was told it was a buffet, a buffet with bacon, eggs and corn with toast. Please consider a variety as not everybody wants bacon and that at R145-00. Not recommended!

The location was very good

Both duvets were dirty. The other one had make up and the other one was dirty. It shows that they were not washed.when i complained, the security - who was acting as receptionist at night asked me if i don’t use make up. Because I’ve used make up before, i should be okay with sleeping in duvet that has make up on.

It was easy to check in. The rooms were clean. The cleaning ladies were exceptional.

The towels and bed linen needs a change. They are extremely stained.
