The property is not a hotel, it is house converted into an Airbnb. The parking they have is not a private parking and we had cockroaches in the bathroom.

The owner always replied to messages even if she disappointed us at the end.

ATTENTION: THE PLACE HAS A LOT OF COCKROACHES AND THE OWNERS DO NOT ADDRESS THE ISSUE PROPERLY. We spent 1 hour “hunting” cockroaches before going to bed because of a hole in the bathtub. the owner came with sellotape to close the hole and put bleach in the toilet (which doesn’t work) saying it had never happened before (we don’t believe it since all the toilet/sink/bathtub drain had a plastic protection on top, normally used for cockroaches). After spending one night killing cockroaches we did not sleep, also due to the bleach smell. we know it could happen anywhere but this was a known issue and the owner did not even offer us a compensation. we asked for some kind of refund but they refused. An owner should be responsible for its property and it was not acceptable to pay that much to end up not sleeping. The place is also very old and the blanket was not washed.

the quality of the bed mattress and towels very old to be replaced. I hardly could sleep because it was not soft enough.
