Breakfast was the best part of our stay

We never felt welcome , There was so much furniture there was no place to sit

The host was friendly that's it.

The room was clean but had a very mouldy smell which stuck to my clothes which I'm literally still busy washing mind you some of the clothes I didn't even wear had to even wash my traveling bag I literally spend one night there but the sad thing is I didn't receive value for money. I literally have a headache and sore throat due to the smell in the room. I also realized when we went to bed that its not the room we booked ended up 2 single duvets to single beds. Breakfast was average some of the sauces expired we paid respect because knowing that Paul is not so young anymore and gave us a bit of back ground history and we were raised to pay respect to the elderly but i honestly could've booked somewhere else. I expected much more please this needs to be addressed people pay lots of money for accommodation this is not fair.

Breakfast was tasty, good quality ingredients used

I didn't like the fruit salad chopped finely, if it's your preference than all good.

The garden was beautiful, we loved the resident pooches, and the breakfasts were delicious, cooked for us by our friendly hosts Lynne and Paul.

I can't say there was anything that we didn't like, no complaints at all.

Breakfast was very good. Hosts were great. Loved the homely feel to the property. The area is nice and quiet. loved the dogs.

Because of the time spent indoors due to weather, I would have liked a bigger TV. Bigger room. Personally I feel the furnishing is a bit dated. (But if you just want to sleep over it is good enough.)
