It was very cold, and the heater that was mounted to the wall did not make any difference to the room temperature.

the room was a little smaller than I expected but it was very clean and comfortable

the breakfast was very disappointing - had we known in advance that "continental" breakfast (croissant and toast with ham and cheese) was only available we would have gone out for breakfast/brunch. I did feel sorry for our hostess as her husband recently passed away, it must be difficult for her. I would however recommend the guest house and say don't have breakfast!
