The place is very clean , fresh refurbished , owner was very friendly (he helped me to clean my clothes for free)

Not so comfortable even though everything is new and noise is another fact that I didn't like you can hear everything from nearly activity is going on every day , night time was ok

Price, place to boil tea water. Cups, glasses in the room. Snake heater, but it was in my room, but there was no such heater in friends rooms. Toilet not only in the room but additional shared toilet near kichen is very good if you do not want to use in your room when you live with another person. It is really uncomfortable to use toilet when sounds and smells another person can hear/feel.

Bedsheets should be white, so that we could see well if they are clean. But even on one pillowcase I was not cleanly washed. I made a photo of it. Or could be option to have lower price and use my own bed sheets. Friend from his room heard talks and sex sounds the other room till 5 AM, so he could not sleep well. Sex sounds might be not comfortable if you stay there with family.
