The room itself was reasonable, and good value for money.

Nobody there when I arrived at 6pm, and I had to call 3 different numbers to get an answer. A proper window in the room (rather than one looking into the laundry room) would be better. The corridor needs more lighting - very dark outside the rooms and no light switches.

Honest & unfussy, everything you needed. No nonsense very pleasant and helpful staff.

Very conveniently located, all that we needed in a place to stay, good bar just down the street and early opening cafe in the building.

It felt like you were in a quality hotel standard room - particularly the entrance & hallway

We stayed for one night on a hiking trip. Basic accommodation but very good value for money. The bed was comfortable - had a great night's sleep.

Very organised and kind, friendly staff. The room and hostel was extremely clean and the location is great. It was very peaceful too.

The room was a little gloomy as it only had one smallish frosted window (but that is not their fault of course), which I had difficulty opening and closing. More hanging space for clothes would be useful for others, but for me it was fine.
