The Studio Christchurch B&B Luxury Garden Room

It was a pleasant room which would be good for a family but not for 2 friends as one of us had to sleep in a small bunk bed fin a dark corner

You have to go outdoors to get to the loo and shower which was uncomfortable during the night to get to the loo. Only white sliced bread provided for breakfast

The loveliest set up with the most welcoming hosts. Would recommend

Breakfast was nice. We had to visit Sopley, which is a few minutes away, so the location was just right for us.

The studio and its bed were very comfortable with plenty of space. I had milk, butter and jam available in the fridge. I chose to take my own food in for breakfast and there was equipment there if I needed it. The owner, at my request, helped me work the television and the bottle opener.

It was fine, I knew when I booked that the bathroom was a few steps outside but it wasn't any problem.

A good supply of breakfast, tea, coffee, juice, water and organic milk. We would highly recommend staying here.

The property was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.
