Realkhom Villa

Friendly & hospitable family; tasty meals for purchase! The location is conveniently close to the bus station, suitable for backpackers. Not the host’s fault but good to know: The road to the house is a bumpy dirt road (not ideal for rolling luggage). I didn’t mind walking through village streets and felt safe overall (friendly neighbors), so this was not a problem for me-I will note, it’s hard for tuktuk drivers to navigate here. If you don’t mind walking to get to the paved road, this will be fine for you (bring a flashlight).

On the Booking and on Google Maps, there are two separate listings: RealKhom Homestay and RealKhom Villa. Based on what the granny at the "Villa" location said, there is just one location: Homestay. I had booked the villa (bc it said it had aircon) and I ended up at a different address from the Homestay. Upon arrival at the correct address, I was told my room was "upgraded". My room at the Homestay still had aircon, but the extra listing made arrival confusing-if I didn’t speak any Khmer, I probably would’ve been quite stressed (a neighbor drove me to the correct location on their motorbike). - The door to my balcony didn’t close near the bottom. Not a problem if you don’t mind a couple bugs-the rooms did have some sort of repellent that killed the bugs quickly. - There was a bit of a sewage smell upstairs.

Выбрала эту виллу из-за близости к автовокзалу,мне удобно. Красивый большой дом,заботливый хозяин помогал с любым вопросом..Прекрасный большой и светлый номер на третьем этаже, великолепный вид с балкона,открытый горизонт... В номере очень чисто и хороший ремонт,большая удобная кровать. Вся техника работает. Милые женщины приготовят еду на заказ. И всё это по очень приятной цене. До Ангкор Ват 25 минут на туктуке. Абсолютно рекомендую Realkhom Villa чтоб остановиться в Сиемреап.

Немного не устроена дорога к вилле,но это не стало проблемой.

Sono stato spostato alla guesthouse e la stanza era bellina, ma è una facciata, le magagne ci sono. Certo che per quel che costa magari per una notte uno ci passa sopra. Ottimo il balcone vista tramonto.

La posizione è lontana da tutto, è comoda solo per prendere i vari autobus per spostarsi nel Paese. Nel bagno della mia stanza pioveva copiosamente dal soffitto e aveva un odore di fogna insopportabile.

Great family that make you feel you are part of them. The dishes they cook in unch are amazing and prices are very reasonable. You must try this even once during your stay.

A bit far from downtown but a 1-2 dollar tuk tuk can solve this issue 😊

wunderbares kleines apartmenthaus außerhalb des turbulenten stadtzentrums. sehr netter und hilfsbereiter gastgeber. das apartment war sauber , hatte eine angenehme größe und ein bequemes bett.

Een heel lief en fijn gezin. De man regelde vanalles, wij wilden naar de Angor Wat en hij regelde een tuktuk met een aardige man die de weg wist zonder dat hij opdringerig was. De kamer was groot genoeg, met airco en een balkon. Je kan er ook eten krijgen

Het ligt buiten het centrum en de weg er naar toe is slecht verlicht maar het is veilig om er te lopen (zaklamp meenemen)

Got free upgrade. Room was very clean and great view. Owner was very friendly and kind person. Highly recommended place and worth every dollar. We ordered Breakfast and very satisfying
