Guesthouse Angelina-Koko

For the price this place is excellent, decent room with private bathroom. Plenty of seating, large fridge and good wifi. Convenient location and well signed. Very helpful host speaks good English, who took us on an excellent wine tour.

Not much, but kitchen area could be improved a bit - some dedicated guest crockery and cutlery plus a few notes to help guests know what they can use.

Very friendly welcome from Angelina and Koko. Loved the home made wine which Koko brought for us to try after work. This property had the best shower that we have had in 4 months of travelling. It was worth cycling up the hill for the shower alone. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfortable bed and panoramic view of the village and church. There was a place to store our bikes

The only thing I would recommend to change here is to add air con to the room. The fan worked for us but it was starting to get pretty warm in the morning when the sun was coming through the window

Owner is extremely nice. Fantastic location. Room was exceptionally clean, but so small that I could barely open my bag. I spoke with the owner about a bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. Bed wasn’t comfortable for me and guests were outside socializing and smoking past 1 am. It was cheap, but I couldn’t rest, so I wouldn’t stay in that room again.

Booked this guesthouse for 3 nights, paid 12 $ per night, in march 2024. Before entrance to the guesthouse, there is off-road, around 50 meters. Guest house consists of 2 floors. RECEPTION: Koko is a great guy, gave me free upgrade of the room. Also allowed me to leave the guest house earlier and returned money, i had a bus issue travelling to Telavi. ROOM: I lived in the number on the second floor, "Double or Twin Room with Private Bathroom". Overall the room was good, clean, the bed was comfortable, with a sofa, chair and a big window. It was little bit cold inside, even with working radiator. Kettle is provided. BATHROOM: Clean, water was hot and the pressure was good. Towels are provided. There is no washing machine in the number, also no shampoo and gel. CHECK OUT: 11:00

Very convenient location, near bus station from Tbilisi, Spar supermarket and restaurants. You can easily walk to many tourist places in town. Koko is a good host, an attentive gentleman who knows things about wine. Angelina is also sweet and very nice. They keep the bedroom and bathroom clean well and arranged neatly

It's would be good to have plug for every bed

We absolutely loved staying at Guesthouse Angelina-Koko, it felt like we had come home to family. Koko is a wonderful host and shared with us his lovely family wine, herbs from the garden and all his great knowledge and chats… and having Angelina around at home was so special. The location was excellent, central, and only a short walk to everything around Signaghi. The room was basic but had everything we needed, and being able to use the shared kitchen and terrace was a lovely surprise! Great value for money and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!
