FRKiko and her husband are very welcoming person. They don't speak english and barely russian, so use your device and your hands and chat with them ! Their house is beautiful, my room with private bathroom was ok. They cook delicious food, all fresh from the garden ! Stay there for diner : for an extra 20 lari you'll get better food than in any restaurant nearby.
Minor things such as weak wifi in the room, but hey, drop your phone and talk with your host !
GBJust out of the centre, but with fantastic views from the garden or balcony. The room was clean and spacious. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. .
