We loved everything about our stay! The view was absolutely amazing, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. It was a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended – I would definitely come back!

Easy to find, with private parking. Well located for walking anywhere in Sighnaghi, but really quiet with the most amazing views ever. Views not just from the balcony but also the bed, the bath, even the toilet! Lia is super, remaining friendly, helpful and upbeat even when overcoming some huge problems during our stay (workmen resurfacing the road nearby broke a water main but Lia actually got the part they needed to get this fixed in minimum time!). We had the most comfortable bed of our entire stay in Georgia. Although breakfast isn't included in the room rate in is available, and a pleasant breakfast on the terrace was a great way to start the day

How lucky I chose Lia’s in Sighnaghi . The village is tiny nothing special to visit but wine . Lia’s house has excellent view of nature and quite. Don’t miss it!
