The Bungalows Guesthouse

The location is phenomenal; looking out at Blencathra and the changing scene is so mesmerizing i could sit and watch all day. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with the extra amenities of a fridge, toaster, kettle and crockery etc to prepare breakfast and snacks. The bus stops are a short walk away to access the whole of the Lake District. Two pubs, close by, with one offering huge portions of decent food. I will add this place to my list of "must stay every year"! Truly a hidden gem!!

Not a thing to dislike!

Beautiful view. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bed.

We loved the location, and we had the most remarkable views. The room was immaculate and so comfortable. We had everything we needed, and even a microwave and toaster were provided, which makes the early morning rise easier. The shower is clean and powerful. You will not be disappointed when you 1st step onto this accommodation, and it will take your breath away.
