"Wonderful place to stay!"

The views from our room were stunning. Plenty of walks to do. Only 10 mins from the nearest town. Lovely local pubs and cafes within walking distance. The staff were there if you needed anything too. Easy parking.

"Lovely stay"

What a lovely stay! The room was beautiful with a very nice seating area and a great view! It had everything we needed. Perfect base to explore Lake District. We were also able to go for a run on the Threlkeld Railway path. What a relaxing break.

What a fantastic place we stayed for two nights the staff from booking to leaving were extremely helpful 10/10 would recommend to anyone the views are absolutely amazing and for the price you really can't get better

"Exceptional"

Beautiful accommodation in a quiet area. It was so calming to sit outside and look over the valley. The room was well laid out and had everything we needed: fridge, kettle, plates, wine glasses. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and room was well insulated.Lots of natural light. Only a short drive (5 mins) to Keswick or you could walk along the Threlkeld Railway Pass if you were feeling energetic. We caught the bus to Keswick and walked back on the path.

"Beautiful location and exceeded our expectations ."

Everything we needed was provided in Room 1 and we even had an outdoor seating area . The owners were lovely and not at all intrusive . We recommend the Village Hall , which was excellent and unexpected too , with public toilets ( useful after a long walk) .
