La alberca fue uno de los puntos favoritos de nuestra estancia. Siempre estuvo limpia, con el agua en excelente estado y un ambiente muy agradable. Es perfecta tanto para relajarse como para convivir en familia. Sin duda, un espacio que disfrutamos muchísimo y que hizo nuestra experiencia aún más especial.

Desde el inicio, el proceso para poder ingresar no fue claro ni ágil, ya que tuvimos que estar insistiendo y recordando varias veces para que nos dieran acceso. Esta misma situación se repitió al momento de la salida, donde nuevamente fue necesario estar detrás del personal para poder coordinar correctamente. Consideramos que este tipo de detalles son fundamentales para brindar una buena experiencia, ya que generan incomodidad y estrés innecesario en momentos que deberían ser fluidos y bien organizados. Esperamos que puedan mejorar la comunicación y la atención al huésped, para evitar que otros tengan que pasar por la misma situación.

Es un lugar pequeño por lo cual había pocos huéspedes, haciendo del lugar un espacio tranquilo y confortable. Soy amante de los animalitos, tienen a un perrito muy juguetón y lindo, te recibe y despide al entrar y salir del hotel.

La distancia del centro es un poco amplia son más o menos 20 minutos caminando. Las recamaras requieren algo de mantenimiento, el tubo para las toallas estaba a punto de caerse y oxidado.
