"Good base for a business trip in my case, at a rate which was cheapest in the town."

Good location in centre of town, very friendly host, room was clean and nice & warm when I arrived and overnight. Quiet area of town

It was a little expensive for accommodation without breakfast or a kettle to make a cup of tea. Access to a kitchen area wouldn't be unusual for an AirB&B. I stayed in one in Galway in the summer which was slightly cheaper and guests could make their own tea/coffee and a slice of toast in the morning.
