Amazing Location right next to Tynemouth Priory and just the perfect spot with perfect views.

Nothing really. Small and warm with a great host short walk into Tynemouth for the pubs

"We ate a sandwich in a petrol station carpark and went home."

Graeme was friendly on the phone.

You could see into the room from the hallway, it was smelly, damp, paint peeling, windowsills were dirty, carpet was dirty, bed was barely made, the view is mostly of a the little carpark - not sea views as advertised. Very expensive for what it was. I’m sure there are much nicer rooms in the building.
