Good location opposite turtle beach. Clean room with private terrace.

The owner was a little pushy and was clearly annoyed when we didn't take his taxi to our next destination.

Nothing , all great.

Clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious. There was a common kitchen with sink, kettle, fridge, cutlery and crockery. There was also a common sitting area on the balcony with table, chairs and a sofa. The homestay was a short walk from the beach, but far enough from the road so as not to be affected by traffic noise.

Our room was on the second floor, so difficult if you have heavy bags. There was no wardrobe in the room, nor a rack for our baggage. The tea/coffee provided for breakfast was without milk. We had to pay extra for milk. The window curtains were not dark nor thick enough to block the sunlight.

Convenient location (steps away from the beach) with even a space to park our tuktuk inside so it felt safer! Spacious room with AC. Nice staff.

Breakfast could be improved a bit but still good.

Very central to both Hikiteriya beach and Dickwella beach, both places are wonderfull, one for surfing, one for bathing.
