Great value had everything you needed for a few days. Could make basic breakfasts, drinks etc .Comfy bed and pillows.Great having air conditioning and 2 bedrooms and showers were a bonus. Kind family, close to lots of nice areas and a shop/supermarket next door

Nothing really next to the main road and train track but this also was very handy.

The family was really friendly and helpful finding us attractions around. Good location, at the crossroads with the bus stop. option for a short stopover

We have mostly bad experience here, but the beach is lose. Please only book this place if you have no other option.

First of all there is only COLD water. When I asked the owner about it he said it was nowhere written that they have. (Making us feel that its an unusual standard). At night I woke up and I realised that there is a RAT in the bedroom where me and my 3-year-old slept. I didnt want to wake up the owners at night but the next morning we told them that we (4people)had to sleep on one bed in the other room because the rat didnt go away. They called a guy to take the rat of the flat but the owner (older lady)was only laughing at me when I didnt want to stand on the floor during this rat-chasing. They didnt feel bad about this situation at all, no bed sheets were changed though the rat was there a whole night, they didnt sanitize anything (though the rat run across everything )and though they promised the bathroom window and bathroom door was not repaired, so both of these were open the next night too (another chance to let any kind of animal to come into the bedroom). Simply there is no way to close the window or the door. The next day they asked us to leave saying that we are problematic and they deleted our booking reservation acting like we never showed up. I had to contact Booking to let them know that this place is deleting reservations when the owners feel like they will get bad review as the guest is not happy with the cold water for example. I guess they only have good reviews because they manipulate the numberts like this. Owners didnt try to make the problems better at all, even they acted like we are the problem. We had to find another flat with 2 little kids as they kicked us out, instead of saying sorry for what happened and at least they should have done a proper cleaning after such animal came in. Please dont chose this place.

This place is a hidden gem. Such a lovely comfortable apartment, we could have moved in! 15 steps from the beach where you can swim with huge turtles. The host family are so lovely, they treat you like family. It was lovely to chat and laugh with them, plus Mumma made an incredible Sri Lankan Breakfast and taught us how to make Coconut roti. 🫓 Rooms are clean with en-suits, balcony is beautiful💜 Would highly recommend this place 🫶💜

We had such a good time in this apartment . Rooms are so clean . Beach is very close . Staff also very friendly . ❤
