Staff was super friendly, breakfast is good and location is the best. Very near to beach and popular spots.

Room was very small, no amenities was available like Kettle.

"Great family run hotel in perfect location."

The property is perfectly placed, both close to the beach and the lively town area. But what makes the place is the staff. They are fantastic. The place is run by 4 brothers and they are all friendly, helpful and kind. It is obvious how proud they are of their hotel and so they should be. The breakfasts are amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay here.

"Best place in Unawatuna"

Lovely place, situated just 30 meters from the Beach and with great view of the sea. Fresh, clean and extremely friendly owners and staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Unawatuna. All the best to owners and staff from Anna and Mikael from Sweden❤️

"Brilliant stay with great staff"

The hotel room was brilliant for us as a family. The breakfasts were great and the staff all incredibly friendly helping to arrange excursions for us. It was a fab stay.

"Superb"

Such a great location, right next to the beach and we were lucky to have a room with a beach view. The staff were very lovely. We were there during off season so it was very quiet, but I'm sure during peak season it would be packed and have a great vibe.
