Atrašanās vieta bija ļoti laba un ērti sasniedzama. Lai gan brokastis netika piedāvātas, numurā bija pilnībā aprīkota virtuve, kas ļāva pašiem pagatavot maltītes pēc saviem ieskatiem. Īpaši pozitīvi vērtējama autostāvvieta apartamentu teritorijā aiz žoga, jo nebija jāatstāj automašīna uz ielas.

Uzturēšanās laikā nebija nekā konkrēta, kas radītu neērtības vai neapmierinātību. Kopumā viss atbilda gaidītajam un bija labi noorganizēts.
