Setting, staff helpful and professional

Keys to lock & unlock external gates difficult for me as older person to use grazed hand in attempt to use. If not for key issue I would have rated 10

The breakfast was part of the deal - it was at a coffee establishment across the road. That was really good.

I would have liked a surface in the bathroom to place wetpacks and toiletry bags, etc. I think a recommendation was made for the Hungry Ghost next to the guest house, which was awful. Will not recommend it to anyone.

We arrived quite late, so really just showered, did some work, and slept there. But it was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The hostess opened for us despite arriving later than anticipated.

The room was neat and clean and the staff friendly. The Guesthouse was in walking distance from everything. Is was save.

There is no aircon in the room . When we were at the restaurant next door to the guesthouse, the manager/owner of the guesthouse came to inform the other guest of the guesthouse, that was also eating in the restaurant that their geyser had problems and that they must shower that night because the next day there will be no hot water. When we woke up the next morning, our water was ice cold in the shower. When my husband went to complaine about it, the lady said that it was not the other guests geyser that had the problem but ours. She said that we will talk later and until today I have heard nothing from her and she was at the guesthouse when we left. This is not good, not good!!!!!!!
