Struttura nuovissima, condizioni perfette. Completa di tutto. Asciugacapelli grande in ogni stanza. Ferro e asse da stiro. Pulizia impeccabile

It was clean and cozy, in a quiet neighbourhood, no problems with parking lots. Nice common area and kitchen.

I’m not sure about glass wall in the bathroom (shower) But probably some one finds it interesting :)

A wonderful place to stay at anytime period of the year. Great kitchen and cooking area, with everything you need. A large living room, to relax. The rooms are upstairs, big rooms with comfortable beds.

This is not against of the accomodation, nothing wrong with that charming place. We have choosed to stay apart intentionally from the city noise. Perhaps the bus transportation should be better from Villanova to Bologna and back.

The breakfast was included, the facilities were great, the yard looked really nice, it was such an authentic Italian experience.

A lovely, charming place to stay at anytime. Away from the noise of the city, just next to the big city, with bus connection every half hour to Bologna, either to take a taxi (approx 20 euro from the main train station), Villanova 4 rooms its a marvelous place to stay. Quiet, comfortable, modern, normal size rooms each with separate bathroom. On the base level with a generous living room to watch tv, either to play a game, also a spatious kitchen place and a large table to eat. Outside pingpong table, and to sit outside and watch the nature, listening to the birds. Mrs. L. thank you very much for everything you have offered, even more than a place to sleep. If I would visit again Bologna, I would return every time here.

Bus station (linea 99) 600 meter away (you can pay the bus ticket on the bus with bankcard), shopping area 900 meter away - but this is not the fault of the owner or the place, There is nothing negative to input to the place neither to the owner,, this is just for general knowledge. We liked so much the quietness of the area, so we have choosed deliberately this place.
